As an associate attorney for the Sandy, Utah firm, Spencer and Rodgers, I manage a wide range of cases including simple divorces, fathers rights, custody disputes, child support modification, wills and trusts, adoptions, guardianships and defense of simple misdemeanors. Before becoming an attorney, I had my own firsthand experience with how difficult it is to navigate the court system and how frustratingly slow the process takes. I've committed myself to provide the highest level of client communication and service and will strive to alleviate the anxiety and frustration that clients face when engaged in the legal process.
Spencer and Rodgers was formed in 2010 when Terry Spencer (former Utah State Senator) and William Rodgers pooled their collective resources and talents in order to better service their clientele with expanded services. The firm has two 'of counsel' attorneys in its offices that complement the services the firm offers; Mr. Terrence Haynes and Mr. Phillip Reichenbach.
